Sally provides services to assist adult individuals over the age of 16 with the following difficulties: 

Depression, anxiety, grief, difficulties with relationships both with family, friends and the workplace, adjustment to various life stages e.g., birth of a child, separation and divorce, relocation, stress management, identity, and self-esteem. Sally works from cognitive behavioural therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy perspectives to assist you with your concerns.

 Sally is available for face to face services in Townsville and Telehealth. 

Current and past serving ADF members and their immediate families can access Sally’s services through Open Arms/DVA (dependent on eligibility).
